Instructions for returns and exchanges
1. Our company does not provide refund services.
2. If the customer finds that the goods are damaged when they arrive or do not match the order, they can notify us within 3 days from receipt of the goods, along with relevant photos and information of the goods. ; If it is verified that the problem is not human-made or caused by improper use, our store will arrange to replace the goods, and we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
3. The returned goods must be unused. When returning the goods, they must be returned to their original condition, that is, they must be returned to the original condition when they were received (including goods, accessories, gifts, invoices, and original packaging (paper, boxes, bags) , the completeness of the attached documents or information, etc.), if the product is deemed to have exceeded the necessary level of inspection of the product, it will affect the right to return the product or you will have to bear the cost of damage.
4. Any request for return or exchange based on personal/pet preferences or tastes will not be accepted.
5. If the product that needs to be returned or exchanged is out of stock or discontinued, the customer can exchange it with a product of equal value.
6. Online payments and bank commercial account transfers require payment of handling fees each time. If refunds are involved due to out-of-stock products or other factors, purchase money will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
7. In case of any disputes, the royal family reserves the right to make the final decision.
